Licensing & Usage Rights

Full Ownership: You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the AI-generated room designs created from your uploaded images through Comfii. Once a design is generated, you are the sole owner of that specific output.

Your Original Images: You maintain complete ownership of all room photos and images you upload to our service. By uploading images, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and process these images.

You are granted unlimited commercial use rights for all designs generated through Comfii. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using designs in professional interior design portfolios
• Presenting designs to clients as part of design proposals
• Selling prints or digital copies of the designs
• Using designs in marketing materials, websites, and social media
• Incorporating designs into commercial real estate listings
• Publishing designs in magazines, books, or online media
• Using designs for home staging and renovation projects
• Creating derivative works based on the designs

You may use generated designs for any personal purposes:

• Home renovation and decoration planning
• Inspiration for personal interior design projects
• Sharing with contractors, architects, or designers
• Posting on personal social media accounts for non-commercial purposes
• Printing for personal home decor
• Sharing with family and friends for design inspiration

No Attribution Required: You are not required to provide credit or attribution to Comfii when using your generated designs. However, we appreciate voluntary attribution and would be grateful if you mention Comfii when sharing your designs.

Optional Credit: If you choose to provide attribution, you may use: "Design created with Comfii" or "AI-generated design by Comfii."

While you have broad usage rights, you may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Comfii service itself
• Create a competing AI room design service using our generated designs
• Use designs to train competing AI models or machine learning systems
• Claim that you created the designs using methods other than AI (misrepresentation)
• Use designs in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights
• Use designs to create or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Reverse engineer the Comfii AI technology or algorithms

The license granted to you is non-exclusive. This means:

• Similar designs may be generated for other users using similar inputs
• AI-generated outputs are based on patterns learned from training data
• We cannot guarantee absolute uniqueness of designs across all users
• Each design is unique to your specific input, but stylistic similarities may exist

You have the right to modify, edit, and create derivative works from your generated designs without restriction. This includes:

• Editing designs in photo editing software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Combining multiple designs into composite images
• Adjusting colors, textures, and elements
• Cropping or resizing designs
• Adding text, graphics, or branding
• Creating physical products based on the digital designs

By using Comfii, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your uploaded images to generate designs
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models and service quality
• Display selected designs in our gallery or marketing materials (only with your explicit consent)
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience

We will not use your specific designs for public display or marketing without obtaining your permission first.

Comfii Brand: "Comfii," our logo, and associated branding remain the exclusive property of Comfii. You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or branding elements without prior written permission, except for optional attribution as described in Section 4.

You may not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Comfii without our explicit written consent.

No Warranty: Designs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of design representations
• Feasibility of implementing designs in real spaces
• Absolute uniqueness across all generated designs
• That designs are free from third-party intellectual property claims
• Specific quality or aesthetic outcomes

Designs are for inspiration and visualization purposes. Actual implementation may differ based on physical constraints, building codes, and practical considerations.

You agree to indemnify and hold Comfii harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of generated designs
• Images you upload that violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Your violation of these licensing terms
• Your commercial or personal use of the designs

Perpetual License: Once you generate a design, your rights to use it are perpetual and irrevocable, subject to these terms. Your license continues even if:

• You close your Comfii account
• Your subscription or credits expire
• The Comfii service is discontinued

We recommend downloading and backing up your designs to ensure continued access.

We may update these licensing terms from time to time. Changes will not affect designs generated before the update date. Any new terms will apply only to designs generated after the changes take effect.

We will notify users of significant licensing changes through email or service notifications.
